Rooted in a play-based, multifaceted approach, Athens Kids’ Collective offers a unified space where children and their families can access the care they need in one convenient location. Their mission is to provide every child with the support they deserve, all under one roof.

Brand Toolkit

Working closely with the AKC providers, our team built the brand from the ground up. This began with a comprehensive brand toolkit that guided all content created for the organization. The toolkit covers every essential element of the AKC brand, including voice and personality, logos, color palette, typography, and mockup

examples. Its purpose is to simplify the content creation process and remove guesswork by clearly explaining when, where, and how to use each component for the best results.

Website

After developing the brand toolkit, we created a website to give Athens Kids’ Collective a clear and welcoming digital presence. The site allows potential clients to explore the Collective’s services, mission, and providers, while also offering a built-in booking feature that keeps all inquiries organized and easy to manage.

We built the website using SEO best practices and continually evaluated it to ensure it remained accessible and user friendly for all target audiences.

Photography

Our team conducted several site visits to the Athens Kids’ Collective facility to capture a wide range of imagery that would support the brand across platforms. During these visits, we photographed the interior and exterior of the space, took professional headshots of providers, and documented action shots that showcased the hands-on, play based environment AKC is known for.

From this work, we developed an extensive image library that the client can use for marketing materials, social media, the website, and future promotional needs. In addition, we created a stock photo bank that represents AKC’s work while safeguarding client privacy.

When we began working with Athens Kids’ Collective, their online presence was limited to a single Instagram account. One of our primary goals was to strengthen brand awareness, boost engagement, and help the organization fill its office spaces with providers while attracting new clients. developed an extensive content bank covering posts from November 2025 through July 2026. Every post was scheduled for automatic publishing and designed to be easily updated as AKC grows. Establishing a consistent and strategic online presence became a key component of our approach, ensuring the

brand remained visible, trustworthy, and recognizable to families in the Athens community. Over the course of our three months with AKC, we significantly increased their digital reach. Instagram views rose by 58 percent, interactions increased by 78 percent, and followers grew by 25 percent.
